2. Services  
We provide professional dog grooming services including but not limited to bathing, brushing, clipping, nail trimming, ear cleaning, play care and specialty grooming. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on your pet’s needs.

3. Appointments & Cancellations  
- Appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or in person.  
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.  
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

4. Pet Health & Safety  
- Owners must disclose any known medical conditions, behavioral issues, or allergies prior to grooming.  
- We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet poses a risk to staff or other animals.  
- In case of emergency, we may seek veterinary care at the owner's expense.

5. Liability  
- While we take every precaution to ensure your pet’s safety and comfort, Way of Two Grooming Garage is not liable for any injury, illness, or unexpected reaction that may occur during or after grooming.  

- Owners accept full responsibility for their pet’s behavior and condition.

6. Payments  
- Payment is due at the time of service.  
- We accept credit card, debit and cash.  
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Photos & Media  
- We may take photos or videos of pets during grooming for promotional purposes.  
- If you do not wish your pet to be featured, please notify us in writing before the appointment.
