At Way of Two Grooming Garage, we take pride in delivering top-tier grooming services and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your experience, we’re here to help.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
Service Not Rendered: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, and no service has been provided, you are eligible for a full refund.
Unsatisfactory Service: If you are dissatisfied with the results of your grooming service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will assess the issue and may offer a partial or full refund, or a complimentary re-service.
Booking Errors: If a booking was made in error and reported within 12 hours, we will issue a full refund provided no service has been performed.
Non-Refundable Situations
Services that have been completed and approved at the time of delivery.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Gift cards and promotional packages are non-refundable.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
